Sliced Beef Brisket sandwich

My wife and I had the pulled pork Bahn Mi and the Brisket Ban Mi sandwiches. They were perfection! Great beer and great sandwiches at The Best Of Hands! All together a Great Sunday!

Turkey Leg Quarter (cold turkey leg, vacuum sealed)

Turkey chili: I reserved a surprise bag through minimal food waste app "Too Good To Go". Server was very personable and apologized for not having any meat left over. He did issue disclaimer that chili (no beans) was hot. Included was the bone -in turkey leg. The sauce was very smoky with hint of sweetness. Most prominent was heat from jalapeño in the back of the throat and secondary was tingling of my lips. Turkey meat was extremely tender. Best to bring your own lidded containers for chili. Several disappointed patrons from adjacent patio bar were turned away due to depleted inventory. Service starts at 5pm. Go early for the brisket!!

Pork Belly Burnt Ends

This is meat candy at its finest. The sweet meats always tempt me the most, and this was certainly no exception. Smoky and perfect. I can't wait until we meet (meat?) again.

Cajun Baby Back Ribs per Rack

Some of the best. I have had ribs in 'Lockhart Texas'(arguably the best in Texas)and in Memphis. locally from the original ('PECOS PIT' )and "JACKS" ' in Seattle. Chris's ribs rank right up there. AND for a fair price. The man has pride in his work, along with a sense of humor and humbleness. PLUS he is local. For those of us on the 'Isle of West Seattle"- this is huge. Have also had his brisket. Same accolades. Give him a try. He merits your business.

Pork Spare Ribs per rack

Got the full rack of pork spare ribs, I was highly impressed. The ribs had full flavor, was tender fall of the bone. Just overall amazing. I'd definitely return

Sliced Beef Brisket sandwich

We tried the brisket and the pulled pork and it was amazing!! Perfect way to spend your Sunday eating amazing BBQ at our favorite local The Best Of Hands on their extended patio playing cards in the sun! ❤️

Beef Brisket by the Pound

We ordered a half pound the fatty brisket. Extremely tender and tasty, great crust with just the right amount of smoke flavor. I appreciated that the crust parts were not tough to chew unlike a nearby competitor's. We also had the coleslaw which paired extremely well. It was fresh tasting and especially loved the addition of cilantro and jalapeño. I loved that it was not a mayo based slaw because it was the perfect amount of acid to eat with the fatty brisket. We will definitely be ordering again soon for catering and bringing food to friends potlucks.

Beef Brisket by the Pound

Phenomenal brisket. Beautiful smoky flavor and tender texture. I've had brisket in Austin and Plano, TX before and this brisket is just as good in my opinion. He also brought my order out to my car right on time which I was impressed by. A great experience overall and living in West Seattle I think this is the only place I want to get BBQ from now on!

Beef Brisket by the Pound

It was a nice surprise to happen across NWTX BBQ on my way home. I took home the brisket with slaw. I ate the brisket as-is...Awesome. I made sandwiches, put in in soup. I never tired of it. I am looking forward to trying the ribs and the mac-n-cheese next!

This is worth buying alot of it. I had an amazing breakfast the next morning with beans, veg, hot sauce and an egg. I used it for several dishes and it was a win. Thanks.
