Whole Turkey 18-20lbs

It was awesome! Easy pickup 10am on Thanksgiving. They included gravy made from the drippings. If you're looking for a great turkey Id highly recommend.

Smoked and Seared Brisket Burger

Delicious burger, tons of flavor. Never had a twice ground patty before, it gives it a much finer texture (obviously). Sauce is really good too, has a nice tang and some good burn from the peppers, but not overpowering. Complimented the meat well. Wife got the Barbacoa, which I enjoyed but was too tough for her. Also really good flavor. Next time we'll get there early before they run out of brisket, and I'll remember to order the beans.

Traditional Texas Style Smoked Brisket

Its hard to find an authentic #Texas #BBQ in the Seattle area ever since we moved from Dallas 10 years ago. After the first bite, we were brought back to Texas and all the glnorious memories that comes with it. From the must eat brisket to the silky smooth tamales, eveyething was beyond satisfaction. This hidden gem best to keep it secret for all the bbq lovers. Better safe room for more, next time when we visit. Out of this world!

Whole Turkey 18-20lbs

We just had the BEST turkey for Thanksgiving thanks to NWTXBBQ. The turkey was juicy, smokey and delicious. We also ordered gravy that was also amazing!!! Can't wait for next year to order another one.

Collard Greens

Had the Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Collard Greens. The pork was fantastic! Super tender, perfectly fatty, love the sauce. The collards were a great accompaniment to the fatty pork. So good & I can't wait to try more!

Traditional Texas Style Smoked Brisket

"Meat Candy"- This sums it up in two words. Northwest Texas BBQ ranks among the best brisket that I've ever had. I travel to Texas frequently and I order brisket at every stop while I'm there. Northwest Texas BBQ brisket definitely ranks higher than most of my brisket meals in Texas. I like all of their side dishes as well.

Traditional Texas Style Smoked Brisket

NWTXBBQ has been my favorite brisket in Seattle. Sampled it thrice: a plate from the food truck, a pound to-go from the food truck and a 5lb holiday order. The deciding factors for me: * Neither food truck order was even remotely dry * The moisture emitting tasted of smoke (sometimes said moisture, if you will, tastes like...steam) * 5lb'er reheated exceptionally well (foil-covered roasting pan + stock in low temp oven) * When cutting off a few slices to snack on cold, the rub is tasty enough to be noticed on each slice Flavor + consistency (the latter may be even more important) are a big deal for me. NWTXBBQ checks both boxes. Would definitely recommend.

Pork Spare Ribs per rack

Whole Turkey 18-20lbs

Turkey was wonderful! Moist. The skin was a bit burnt and I missed the skin, but the turkey itself was very good. We all enjoyed it. The Mustard Gravy/BBQ sauce you sent along was the HIT! That stuff was fantastic! Thank you and everyone that helped you too
