Beef Brisket by the Pound

NWTXBBQ is easily my favorite brisket in Seattle. Chris' brisket is always moist, has a great smoke ring, and incredible flavor. Don't forget to ask Chris about what he's doing that week - sometimes there's a surprise menu item and I always learn something!

Collard Greens

Had the Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Collard Greens. The pork was fantastic! Super tender, perfectly fatty, love the sauce. The collards were a great accompaniment to the fatty pork. So good & I can't wait to try more!

Pulled Pork by the pound

I devoured a helping of pulled pork, three ribs, and an order of potato salad at the highland park corner store pop-up. The meat was fantastic, the potato salad is now my favorite, and that sauce!

Beef Brisket by the Pound

It was so delicious that we made it a tradition to go at the Mercer Island farmers market and have the BBQ. The meat is so tender and juicy served up with friendly service. There is always a line so go early. It deserves the TX in their name.

Whole Turkey 18-20lbs

It was awesome! Easy pickup 10am on Thanksgiving. They included gravy made from the drippings. If you're looking for a great turkey Id highly recommend.

Smoked and Seared Brisket Burger

Delicious burger, tons of flavor. Never had a twice ground patty before, it gives it a much finer texture (obviously). Sauce is really good too, has a nice tang and some good burn from the peppers, but not overpowering. Complimented the meat well. Wife got the Barbacoa, which I enjoyed but was too tough for her. Also really good flavor. Next time we'll get there early before they run out of brisket, and I'll remember to order the beans.
